I just got out of school for the year, so now I can put all of my attention on preparing for my next two competitions. First up, the TMTA competition in June: I’ll be playing three pieces which are a total of about ten minutes.
I’ve been trying to balance my time between the TMTA and E-Piano competitions, the latter of which will take place during the first week of July. It will require 95 minutes of music plus one movement of a concerto, so there is definitely a lot of preparation to be done for that competition.
If you want to read more about the competition, my repertoire, or the other contestants, please visit (http://www.yamaha.com/ecompetition/default.asp). I’ll try to post blogs more regularly during the summer, so be sure to check back here often for more posts.
